About The Raz Group
Better systems for human potential
We develop and implement practical frameworks that help people learn, work, lead, and build greater independence across the systems that shape their lives.
Potential is everywhere. The systems needed to recognize, support, and translate it into action are not.
The Raz Group was founded to close that gap. We connect decades of experience in executive function, curriculum, coaching, career development, and neurodiversity with a clear focus: design human systems that work in real life.
Our work spans direct services, professional education, workforce development, transition support, research, and strategic collaboration. The Human Operating System™ provides a shared methodology across those settings while each initiative remains focused on the people it serves.
We build for practical use. That means translating ideas into language, tools, training, workflows, and measures that individuals and organizations can apply—not just admire.
One purpose, applied across settings
Each initiative addresses a different part of the human journey while contributing to a more connected system of support.
